Emily Ball at Seawhite – Contemporary Art School
Emily Ball at Seawhite is a contemporary art school based in the south of England. Established in 2006, the school offers a variety of art courses that encourage alternative methods to drawing and painting. The team of tutors at the school are all award-winning artists in their own right and generously share their knowledge and passion for painting and drawing.
The school offers a comprehensive program of courses with the aim to demystify the process of making paintings, help students find their own language of paint, and provide the creative motivation needed to progress as an artist. Sarah Flack is a versatile artist with a Master of Arts degree. She has a wide range of experience in disciplines and mediums, including fine art, mechanical drawing, and fashion design. Sarah studied HND in Fine Art at Hastings College, and from there went straight to Camberwell College of Art to gain an MA in Printmaking, while simultaneously completing an Artist in Residence at Intaglio Printmaker, London.
In addition to her own artistic journey, Sarah also offers Sussex art classes and workshops in Bexhill, Hastings, or Rye, East Sussex. These classes are suitable for beginners to those more advanced. She is passionate and dedicated to working to a high standard on both commissions and her own personal artistic journey.
