Adur Art Collective

Adur Art Collective was formed in July 2010 by a group of artists in Shoreham-by-Sea and surrounding areas in West Sussex, who were keen to ensure the continuation of the annual Adur Art Trail as part of Adur Festival in June. The collective’s aim was also to promote and support local art and culture, as well as to foster collaboration and networking among its members.

The collective organised various events and exhibitions throughout the year, such as the Adur Art Trail. The collective also offered workshops, talks, and mentoring opportunities for aspiring and established artists.

Today Adur Art Collective still welcomes anyone who is interested in art and creativity, regardless of their level of experience or background. The collective is run by a committee of volunteers who are elected by the members every year.

To join the collective, you can fill out an online application form on their website and pay a small annual fee. By becoming a member, you can enjoy benefits such as access to exclusive events and exposure on the collective’s online platforms.
